Groundwater is always out of sight, so it helps to be passionate about this vital resource, so abundant and important, yet unseen.
Huw is a Cornishman with a passion for environmental sustainability, which has taken him around Cornwall, the UK, Australasia and North America. He has been repeatedly called upon by the same clients and project managers who want to know their groundwater and GeoExchange systems are in safe hands, wherever they are.
Living and working around the world has helped Huw learn and develop his skills and understanding, ensuing his 15 years’ experience are a full 15 years of diverse experiences and not 1 year repeated 15 times.
Huw’s role in your project will be:
• Single point of contact for open, timely and effective communication between Agua Enodo and the client’s project team;
• Timely control of project milestones and deliverables; and
• Accountability for achieving and exceeding project objectives and client expectations
Huw’s success is based on his commitment to a hands-on approach. His passion is to meet client’s needs through listening and learning about the specific requirements for each project, then rolling up his sleeves and getting stuck in. This is key to the success of the service Huw offers.
Recognition within the industry is demonstrated by his election as Chairman of the Geothermal Heat-pump Association of New Zealand (GHANZ), invitations to speak at international conferences, such as the 8th International Symposium on Managed Aquifer Recharge (ISMAR8) in Beijing (2013) hosted by UNESCO and the World Geothermal Congress, hosted by
The International Geothermal Association and Stanford University in Melbourne, Australia (2015).
Huw holds associateship positons with a number of consultancies and been invited to give expert witness evidence at environmental court hearings.
